The 45-day period begins on the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, exchange, or remake, the product must be received by Breezm within 45 days of your delivery date.

If your eyewear does not feel right, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can review the issue and recommend the appropriate next step, which may include a fitting adjustment, remake, exchange, or refund, subject to the terms of our return policy.

For returns, round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
