Uploading your prescription is straightforward!
The app will prompt you to upload a clear photo of your prescription document right after your 3D panoramic scan is complete. If you miss it, you can always find this menu again:
Tap the hamburger menu icon (3 lines) in the upper left corner.
Tap "My Orders" to revisit the upload screen.
Submission Requirements
Please ensure all required fields (Sphere, Cylinder, Axis, and Pupillary Distance) are clearly legible on your uploaded document.
Your prescription must be valid (typically within one year) and include your doctor's signature.
Keep an eye out for follow-up emails or texts from our team, as we may need further prescription details before starting your order!
If your prescription has expired or you need a new one, please visit your local optician and upload the new document via the app.
