Uploading your prescription is straightforward!


The app will prompt you to upload a clear photo of your prescription document right after your 3D panoramic scan is complete. If you miss it, you can always find this menu again:

  1. Tap the hamburger menu icon (3 lines) in the upper left corner.

  2. Tap "My Orders" to revisit the upload screen.


Submission Requirements

  • Please ensure all required fields (Sphere, Cylinder, Axis, and Pupillary Distance) are clearly legible on your uploaded document.

  • Your prescription must be valid (typically within one year) and include your doctor's signature.

  • Keep an eye out for follow-up emails or texts from our team, as we may need further prescription details before starting your order!

If your prescription has expired or you need a new one, please visit your local optician and upload the new document via the app.
