For Retail Orders

Book a visit at your nearest Breezm location within 45 days of your pickup. Our friendly opticians will take care of everything and make sure your fit is perfect. 



For Mobile Orders

Because mobile scans can’t fully capture the complex curves behind the ears, your temples may need minor comfort adjustments after delivery. A quick visit to a local optician usually resolves this. Most provide simple services—such as temple adjustments or nose pad tuning—at little to no cost, ensuring your glasses fit comfortably and securely.

Even after a professional adjustment, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your frame or lenses, simply:

  1. Contact us at mobile-support@breezm.com within 45 days of your parcel's arrival.
  2. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of your frame or lenses (with close-ups of any defects, if applicable).
  3. Let us know if you require a replacement or a refund.

Our team will review your request and, once approved, send detailed return instructions.


Important Notes

  • Only one (1) free exchange is available per customer.
  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for round-trip shipping. Breezm covers exchange shipping for mobile orders when the product is defective.
  • Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photos to qualify for free return shipping and full replacement.
  • All returns must be received in their original condition, free from damage or external impact, to avoid additional repair or replacement charges.
