If you receive an item with defective lenses and frames or if your item does not fit properly, please send us visual proof via email to contact@breezm.com within 7 days of your item's delivery. Our inspections team may request that you provide additional images or videos to examine the defects fairly and thoroughly. Should we conclude that your item is indeed defective, we will ask you to return the item. The return delivery charge will be covered by us. Once the return delivery is confirmed, we will send you a replacement free of charge. You may not request any changes to the specifications (style or color) for the replacement.
