Breezm uses lightweight, durable frame materials selected for comfort, fit, and everyday wear.

Our current custom frame lineup includes ultra-light polymer frames and sleek titanium options. Depending on the frame style, your pair may also include custom-fit nose pads and temple details selected to improve comfort and stability.

We prioritize safety, comfort, and durability in every pair! Here is a breakdown of the premium materials we use:

  • Frame Material (PA12 Polyamide / Nylon): Our frames are made from PA12, a high-strength, flexible, and heat-resistant plastic. This material is not only durable but also FDA and USP certified for safety and stability. The Polyamide material is sourced from Germany/Spain, with the origin being Germany.

  • Temple Material (Beta Titanium): We use a superior titanium alloy known for its best-in-class elasticity and resilience. This metal is thin, lightweight, allergy-free, and designed to gently bend for an excellent custom fit. We source high-purity Japanese materials for maximum safety.

  • Nose Pad Material (Medical-Grade Silicone): Silicone offers superb physical and chemical durability. It is known for its low chemical reactivity and stability, which is why we use medical-grade silicone that has passed skin irritation tests to ensure maximum comfort and safety against your skin.
